I’ve been using Hubpages and Squidoo lens to build back links for my DJ blog

It’s pretty great because often I’ll write an article that is waaaay too long for my readers (I often end up drabbling on and on about subjects) so I edit them down to manageable sizes.

The left overs don’t go to waste though.

I continue with the theme of what I was writing to create a highly focused article within the scope I was writing about.

It’s a great way to use up all of your creative writing to benefit your blog

Thanks for the tip, i really didnt know the need for a score 75 on hubpages, i just realised i couldnt get a decent link out from my huppage. I have a hubpages article that became pr2 in less than 3 weeks. And i just could not link out to my site. Now i see the reason. im just a score 65….. But how does one reach the 75 mark on hubpages?

@Ben – As discussed in the core videos, Court says to follow a simple rule when using keywords in the anchor text for inbound links-

Use the site title 50% of the time
Use the main keyword 25% of the time
Use related keywords 25% of the time

@Carole – You’re going to need a lot more than a few clicks. Remember, just a fraction of your visitors are actually going to click on your Adsense ads (That’s where the payout is coming from). Focus on getting more traffic and you should see results.
