Guidelines and Instructions for TKA Pro’s Guest Posting System
The Guest Posting System (GPS) is one of the simplest and most powerful tools you’ll ever find for building search engine friendly one-way text links to your website. And not only that – it’s a great way to build out your sites’ content with original 300 word articles created by the TKA Pro community. With nearly 400 sites accepting articles, there’s no easier or faster way to distribute your quality content. Read on for some guidelines on how to use the system.
Submitting articles through GPS:
- articles must be at least 300 words long
- articles must be completely unique, written by a human without the help of an article spinner
- articles may contain up to two in-content links
Receiving articles through GPS:
- GPS owners may have more than one site in the system, but no two directories should be on the same hosting account (this doesn’t mean each GPS site must have its own hosting account, just that GPS sites should not share hosting accounts).
- GPS sites must be Wordpress blogs, running at least Wordpress version 2.8. The GPS Wordpress plugin will work on Wordpress 2.9.1 (site owners can upgrade to new versions of Wordpress without worrying about breaking the plugin).
- GPS site owners must approve or decline articles submitted to their sites within 7 days of submission. If 7 days pass without any action taken on an article the system will automatically delete it from the site, giving the person who submitted the article the opportunity to post somewhere else.
- GPS site owners reserve the right to decline any post for any reason. We encourage site owners to accept and publish any article they reasonably can, but they shouldn’t feel guilty for refusing to publish an article that doesn’t meet their editorial standards.
- GPS site owners take ownership of the content when it’s published on their site, which means they’re free to add to it or make small changes to the content, with the following exceptions: they must leave the links in the article intact, and they must leave the title of the article substantially the same, and they must not delete any portion of the article. If a GPS site owner is found to break any of these rules they’ll be removed from the system without exception.
It’s crucial that everyone who participates in GPS understand that this is a system for allowing the distribution of original, relevant, high-quality articles to quality websites. Abuse of the system is nearly impossible, because every participating site has a well-qualified editor – the owner. With an army of invested editors, spam doesn’t have a chance of succeeding inside GPS, so please don’t waste your time submitting junk. It won’t work.
Start using the system now! The two biggest keys to success in internet marketing are content and links, and GPS makes them both a breeze.
