We’re going to show you how to find a sweetspot – where traffic is adequate and competition is limited. That’s where you have to spend your time if you want to get paid for your online effort.

* During video 4 we’ll show you how to quickly and easily create the content for your niche sites – even if you don’t know a thing about your niche. You can waste hours and hours creating the content for your websites if you follow the traditional “do tons of research and then write award winning articles” method. It just takes too long. Our whole goal with these sites is to get Google and the other search engines to like them enough that they’ll put you on page one of the search listings for your topic. In other words…if your site is about “blue widgets” we want everyone who searches for blue widgets on Google to find your site.

Getting the right number of websites, and the right kind of websites, to link to yours is the key to ranking high in the search listings. By the time you’re finished with these videos you’ll have a clear and simple plan for getting those links. And once you have the links you’re opening the door to a steady stream of traffic that’s both free and very low-maintenance.

* During video 8 you’ll learn how to mine the gold out of your traffic statistics. Once your site starts to receive a steady stream of visitors, something very interesting happens – you’re going to get visitors you weren’t actually pursuing. Here’s what I mean: your site is about “blue widgets,” but you notice you’re getting some visitors who found your site by searching for “plastic blue widgets.

Using more free software (that we’ll show you how to use) you’ll discover that your site is “accidentally” showing up on the first page of Google for the term “plastic blue widgets.”  We’re going to give you some techniques for turning that accidental first page ranking into a number 1 ranking – which will mean an instant boost of traffic and income.

* During video 9 we’ll show you how to turn your traffic into low-maintenance income with Google’s free ad publishing program. When you sign up as a publisher for Google’s Adsense program, you’ll put a bit of code on your website that lets Google show relevants ads to your visitors.  You’ll receive a small commission whenever a visitor to your site clicks an ad. Each individual click won’t pay much, but we’ll show you how to get more clicks and higher paying clicks, and it really adds up.

* And finally, in video 10 you’ll see how it’s possible to sell your sites for quick cash. There’s more than one way to turn your niche sites into money. We’ll show you how to get the highest possible sale price if you decide you want to cash your sites in.

* *Each video is accompanied by a complete transcript, meaning you can watch the lesson, listen to the lesson, and then scan the transcript when you need a quick refresher.

In a nutshell, we’re going to show you how to choose profitable niche topics, set up information websites around them, draw traffic from Google’s search listings, and make money when people click the Google ads on your site. Marketers consider the subscription model the Holy Grail because “you sell them once and they’re locked in, hopefully they just forget they’re paying you every month, and who cares if they use the program or truly benefit from it.” Talk about a quick way to make people resent you.

Because subscribers have been abused so badly by the tricks marketers pull to get them into a subscription (i.e. forced subscriptions with single product purchases, lack of notification about recurring credit card charges, and above all, a poorly executed ongoing education program) that they’ve started to avoid subscriptions like the black plague.

It’s unfortunate, because a subscription can be close to the perfect educational relationship. These are the benefits as we see them:

A subscription lets you take smaller bites.

If you can wade into a relationship with a teacher (us, in this case) instead of having to dive in head first for hundreds or thousands of dollars, you’re going to feel more at ease. In other words, a subscription is a great first-date mechanism. You’re not sure if you want to marry me and Court, but you’re willing to give us a shot to see if you can get some real value out of our program. A subscription lets you do that, and you can cancel whenever you want if we’re not the right fit for you. It also gives us the incentive to make sure your first month is a great one so you want to hang around.

A subscription makes you our employer…which means we’re accountable to you (because you can fire us).

Now, we don’t want a job in the traditional sense – that’s why we do what we do right? But everybody answers to somebody, and we’re fine answering to our students because we enjoy the work and it pays well. The world of Google, SEO, and Adsense monetization is fluid and ever-changing. If we give you a static program and send you on your way, we can’t update you on new things we’re testing and changes to the method you need to be aware of. Even if we include some initial support with a static program, that only lets us interact with you when your business is brand new.
