It all started for me in May, 2009 when I signed up with some company that was advertising about “working for Google.” Although that company was a rip-off, I became convinced that there was some way of making money on the web, which I did not yet understand. The small monthly fee charged by that company somehow turned into sixty dollars a month for a collection of hopelessly confusing articles, chaotic web pages, and useless tools. There was no clear and concise step-by-step plan. I immediately cancelled that membership. I am smart and I knew I could piece together “the Google thing” on my own – eventually – after searching enough online. Luckily, I didn’t have to search very long. After about 10 hours of reading over the course of a week, I found the free eBook from TKA and I knew I had found the source I needed. I watched the free videos and then got a TKA membership. It’s now July, 2010 and I have a site and have completed the first three months of site promotion. I just finally added AdSense to the site and am ready to take the next step and the next step and all of the steps after that. I am focused and empowered. Thanks TKA!

while exploring my keyword alternatives, I’ve found that my niche is swamped with powerful competitors with high 5+ PR’s for many many of the keywords I would normally want to use. I’m not sure if I can find viable unchallenged keywords to get me a top 4 spot anywhere, but since I have no plans to squash the site, I’ll have to be creative.

with that discovery, I’ve begun researching other keywords without prejudice, looking for juicy stuff that I can build upon with a second website, and I’ve stopped looking for other guru’s because I do believe you guys have really hit the nail on the head.

I’ll be beginning a subscription here as soon as Google get its head out of its arse concerning my AdSense registration application. I waited over a week just to be told I have an existing account (don’t know how..!?) but they won’t let me access it, and they won’t let me contact any support via email or phone so… I’m SOL at the moment, stuck in AdSense limbo.

To Debbie Schultz: these guys are right on the money. get their free ebook if you haven’t already. I’m positive their strategies will work for you if you can find valuable keywords that are NOT challenged by Page Ranks of 4+ in the top four or five spots of a Google search. (a quick peek seems to show that it is a tough niche to break into) GL!

I feel refreshed, I feel clean. Mark and Court are both right. No need to read another blog post from so called gurus. Most of us has the knowledge – we just need to put it into action. And if you are new to all of this, listen to what Court and Mark has to say. That’s really all you need
